When it gets cold and the leaves start turning, there aren’t many things better than pumpkin, cinnamon, sugar and spice. These cookies combine the classic yumminess of snicker doodles with sweet white chocolate and oodles of fall spices. For the most part I followed the recipe closely, but I recommend extending the baking time from eight minutes to 20-25 minutes. You’ll want to pull them out when they look golden and the dough isn’t shiny anymore. Also, be sure to double the recipe. It’s kinda hard to hide them when they make the whole house smell like sugary fall goodness. Find the recipe here.
