Poetry Out Loud is a national competition giving high school students a chance to express themselves through recitation. If you are interested in competing in the 10th annual Poetry Out Loud Competition, please attend a meeting in the club sponsor, Sheila McDermott-Sipe’s room, A212, during panther plus before Jan. 20th, the registration deadline, to get more information on the competition.
“I love it. I think that it gives students the wonderful opportunity to bring poetry to life, that maybe lets them love something they wouldn’t have known before,” McDermott-Sipe said.
