Senior Tamanah Fazel has been awarded the prestigious Lilly Endowment Scholarship, recognized as one of the most competitive and prestigious academic awards in Indiana. This scholarship covers full tuition for four years at any college within Indiana, and it honors outstanding students for their excellence in academics, leadership, and community involvement.
The scholarship goes to two seniors in Monroe County, the other recipient being Sophia Craiutu from Bloomington High School North.
Mackenzie Rayles and Zoe Gray are both listed as alternates in the case that one or both of the recipients choose to reject the scholarship to attend an out-of-state college.
