Any students who are interested in continuing to work together to improve our public spaces and schools are invited to join teachers Kathleen Mills, Amanda Figolah, and Kirstin Milks for a community building group during Panther Plus on Friday, January 20th. Activities will include collaging and drawing. Students can sign up on the Panther Plus website for “WHAT DO YOU STAND FOR?” before 10 a.m. on Friday morning. This meeting will be a continuation of community efforts made by BHSS students on Monday, January 16th to celebrate MLK Day. By offering their time and dedication to various charitable organizations in and surrounding Bloomington, students are doing their part to observe the annual holiday by making it “a day on, not a day off.”
